Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly.

It works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.

ART harnesses the power of eye movements and blends them seamlessly with established therapies like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Guided Imagery. This unique combo turbocharges the effectiveness, making positive changes happen faster and more efficiently, successfully resolving an ever-growing list of
problems: anxiety, depression, self-doubt, OCD, phobias, addictions, grief,
PTSD, and more.

ART offers trainings to mental health professionals worldwide.

Specialties: Trauma therapy | CEUs and certifications for Licensed Mental Health Professionals
