Thomas Brannan

Thomas Brannan is a Project Management Consultant with extensive expertise in construction, power, and oil & gas project management and scheduling. They began their career in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant and later held various roles at Illinois Power Company, including Outage and Turnaround Manager. They co-founded both XENA PM and AcceleratedPM, LLC, and served as a Senior Consultant at Catalyst. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University.
