Orla Treacy

Orla Treacy is the Director at Accelerate. Orla has held this position since December 2015. Prior to that, they were the Head of Client Management at TXT International from January 2009 to December 2015. In that role, they managed a portfolio of 50+ clients and 100+ executive-level searches through a team of 16 people. Orla was responsible for client satisfaction, quality, and speed of product delivery, repeat business generation, and strategic client expansion. Orla also oversaw the company's sales team activities and coordination of internal communication to enhance the client experience and project engagement.

Treacy began their career in sales, working as a Sales Consultant at House of Ireland from January 2007 to December 2008 and as a Sales Representative at MasterCard from January 2004 to December 2007. In 2008, they transitioned into educational support, working with the HSE from January 2008 to December 2009.

Orla Treacy has a Bachelor of Commerce International from University College Dublin and a B.Comm (Intl) from The University of Edinburgh. Orla has also studied Secondary School at Crescent College Comprehensive S.J.
