Alain Readman Valiquette

Alain Readman Valiquette has extensive experience in the startup and innovation industry. Alain began their career in 2008 as a Manager at Suco Lounge, Opus Hotel. In 2005, they became the President of Ecole de Style Libre Take Off, a freestyle snowboard and ski school offering coaching programs. In 2010, they became the Director of Food & Beverages at Opus Montreal. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Consultant and President at IronOak Consulting, a boutique consulting firm offering management consulting services to SMEs. In 2014, they became the CEO of EasyCPR and Mentor/Advisor at TeekTak. From 2013 to 2016, they were the CEO and co-founder of TrainerWorkout, a web application for personal trainers and gyms. Alain was also the Head of Incubation, Verticals (Growth startups, corporate innovation) at Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC), where they coached teams, presented lean related topics, and collaborated on helping companies create a knowledge-based economy in Qatar. Finally, they were the CEO at Accelerator App from 2016-present, where they work to power accelerators, incubators, and other organizations dedicated to startups.

Alain Readman Valiquette obtained a BComm in International Business from Concordia University between 2007 and 2010. Alain then pursued an MBA in Business Strategy at Concordia University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to this, they attended Cegep Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Garneau between 2002 and 2004 and studied Science humaine. Alain also holds a certification as a Lean Launch Pad educator from Stanford University.
