Aaron Thomas

Aaron Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Chief of Staff at Standard Communities since January 2022, Aaron also holds the position of Senior Advisor at Accelerator for America, where involvement spans from August 2018 to the present, alongside previous roles as President and Chief Executive Officer and Senior Director. Previous experience includes a Legislative Fellow position in the California State Senate under Senator Ben Allen, a Private Equity Associate role at Clearlake Capital Group, and a tenure in Equity Finance at Deutsche Bank from June 2010 to July 2015. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
