Alena Weaver

Alena Weaver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and project management, currently serving as Joint Head of Research at Accelerator Solutions since November 2012. In this role, Alena manages various B2B customer insight and employee engagement research projects, delivering actionable insights and business recommendations to enhance client experiences. Prior to this position, Alena held the role of Research & Quality Senior Project Manager at South London Business from 2003 to 2012, where responsibility included developing the research and data function and managing a team on multiple projects. Additionally, Alena served as Business Development Manager at Think London, focusing on assisting international companies expand into the London market, with particular expertise in the South London economy and Korea. Alena began a career at Credit Suisse First Boston as a Research Assistant and holds a BA (Hons) in International Business with French from the University of the West of England.
