Amber Posey-Joyner

Amber Posey-Joyner possesses extensive experience in educational support and healthcare services. Currently serving as a Course Maintenance Operations Specialist at AccelerEd since July 2019, Amber also has a background as a Learning Support Specialist. Prior roles at the University of Maryland Global Campus included Content Developer and Academic Advisor across multiple levels. Amber's earlier experience at Johns Hopkins HealthCare encompassed positions such as Medical Management Assistant and Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator, along with a clinical role at Kennedy Krieger Institute as a Neurobehavioral Unit Clinical Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stevenson University, complemented by two Associate degrees from the College of Southern Maryland.
