Pamela Rollins Miller has extensive experience in IT support and management roles. Pamela worked at AccelerEd as the Director of the Service Center and IT Service Desk, where they managed operational IT support for staff, faculty, and students and ensured exemplary customer service. Prior to this, they held similar positions at the University of Maryland University College. Earlier in their career, they worked at ExxonMobil in various IT roles, including IT Infrastructure Supervisor and Enterprise Application Testing Manager. Pamela also worked at Mobil Oil Corp as a Developer/Analyst.
Pamela Rollins Miller obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia School of Engineering. Pamela attended the school from 1986 to 1991. In September 2015, they earned an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
