Garth Unwin

Garth Unwin has a solid work experience in the field of software development. Garth started their career as a System Analyst at Safeway in 1997 and later worked as a Consultant at InStep Technologies from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2015, they worked for the Government of Alberta as an Application Developer, specializing in Microsoft technologies. During this time, they were involved in full stack development and completed award-winning projects. In 2004, they joined Odyssey Consulting Services as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until 2013. Garth then worked as a Senior Software Developer at Blackfish Technologies, Inc from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they took on a role as a Senior .NET/C# Developer at Dragnet Solutions Ltd for a short period of time. Currently, they hold the position of Senior .NET/C# Software Engineer at Accelitas Inc., starting from 2015. Their experience includes working with .NET Core and they have a strong skill set in developing front-end, middle-tier, and back-end applications.

Garth Unwin attended Carleton University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Math with a specialization in Computer Science.
