Colin Howard

Colin Howard has extensive work experience in various software engineering roles. Colin started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at BG Research and Technology in 1990 and worked there until 1996. Colin then joined Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group as a Senior Software Engineer from 1996 to 1997. Colin Howard continued their career at BG Technology as a Senior Software Engineer from 1997 to 1998.

In 1998, Colin Howard became a Contract Software Engineer at Tektronix Cambridge Ltd and worked there until 2002. Colin then joined HTEC Ltd as a Contract Software Engineer from 2002 to 2003. Colin Howard returned to Tektronix Cambridge Ltd as a Contract Software Engineer in 2003 and subsequently became a Software Team Lead from 2004 to 2011.

Colin Howard's next role was as a Contract Technical Lead and Software Engineer at ITRON METERING SOLUTIONS UK LIMITED from 2011 to 2018. During this time, they were responsible for the development of a Smart Metering communications hub and introduced processes and techniques to improve the product quality.

From 2018 to 2018, Colin Howard worked at Landis+Gyr as a Contract Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they joined Equipmake Ltd as a Contract Software Engineer. Currently, Colin Howard is working as an Embedded Software Engineer at Accelleran since 2019.

Colin Howard pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computing from the University of Leicester. Colin began their studies in 1986 and successfully completed them in 1989. Building upon this foundation, Colin furthered their education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in System Design from 1989 to 1990.
