Mateusz Michalski has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications, with a focus on system testing, requirements engineering, and leadership roles. Mateusz started their career as a Lifeguard at MORiW Grudziadz and MOSiR Kolobrzeg in 2012. Later, they worked at Nokia as an Integration & Verification Engineer and NB-IoT Integration Leader from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in testing and took on challenging tasks. Mateusz also worked at Tieto as a System Analyst/Researcher, focusing on LTE/CAT-M technology, and at Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji as a Leader of a telecommunication subgroup, providing consulting and preparing reports for the Polish government. Mateusz then joined Sii Poland as a Test & Analysis Engineer, where they were involved in software modules specification and analysis work. After that, they worked at Dolby Laboratories as a QA Engineer with Python, and later at Nokia as a 5G Specification Engineer and System Test Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Accelleran as a Test Engineer.

Mateusz Michalski completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a degree in Teleinformatyka - Information and Communication Technology and obtained the degree of Inżynier (Inż.). Mateusz then continued their studies and from 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in the same field of study. In addition to their formal education, Mateusz Michalski has obtained several certifications, including the ISTQB - Advanced Level Test Manager from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in January 2022 and Modern cellular communication systems - today and in the future: 3G, 4G, and 5G from Nokia in June 2014. Mateusz has also obtained the ISTQB - Foundation Level certification, although the month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
