Oliver Albrecht

Oliver Albrecht serves as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Accelleron since June 2022. Previously, Oliver held the position of Division Lead Counsel at ABB Turbocharging and played a key role as Head of Legal International at RUAG MRO International, leading a global legal team. Oliver's tenure at ABB includes multiple significant roles, such as Head of Legal for Power Grids in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, and General Counsel for ABB Switzerland Ltd, overseeing complex legal operations and corporate governance. Oliver's extensive legal experience encompasses international arbitration, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, and labor law matters, complemented by a comprehensive educational background in law and business from prestigious institutions.
