Shikha Biswas

Shikha Biswas has a strong background in sales operations and account management. Shikha was the Vice President of Sales Operations & Account Management at ACCELQ, where they were responsible for managing sales operations and accounts across multiple regions. Shikha had a key role in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and improving processes to drive growth and profitability. Shikha also played a crucial role in integrating customer success processes and building relationships with senior leadership. Prior to ACCELQ, they served as the Director of Sales at ZenQ, where they focused on the US, Canada, ASEAN, and ANZ markets. Shikha also held the role of Manager of Global Delivery Excellence & Account Management at Cigniti Technologies, where they managed a portfolio of accounts and implemented a robust account management framework. Shikha was recognized for their achievements in revenue generation, client satisfaction, and reducing response time for client queries. Shikha started their career as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where they contributed to delivery assurance.

Shikha Biswas completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from PES College of Engineering between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Holy Cross English High School from 1997 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the AMFI ADVANCE certification from SEBI in May 2008.
