Gemma Ashley

Gemma Ashley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Accent Group Ltd since January 2014. In this role, Gemma provides a customer-focused and comprehensive HR service, aligning with the strategic business objectives of the organization, which owns and manages over 20,500 homes across the country. Prior to this, Gemma worked at Yorkshire Water from 2006 to 2013, holding various HR roles and supporting the largest operational business unit. Gemma holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from Leeds Beckett University.
