Chris Baddeley is the Vice President of Operations at Hotel Zed and Accent Inns. Prior to this role, Chris held positions such as Director of Operations/People, People and Culture Lead, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager in various hospitality companies. With a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and team management, Chris has been instrumental in implementing successful turnaround strategies, recruitment initiatives, and performance evaluation systems. With an education from BCIT School of Business + Media and Solihull School, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the hospitality industry.
