Wendy Damas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and management. Currently serving as Sales Development Manager at Accent Jobs since January 2013, Wendy leads the Industry & Production office and a Food and Horeca office in Halle, focusing on team motivation and performance. Prior to this role, Wendy gained valuable experience as an Account Representative at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included enhancing sales and ensuring product distribution across major accounts. Wendy also completed an internship at Kraft Foods, contributing to the launch of the company's intranet. Academically, Wendy holds multiple Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerciële economie and Bedrijfsbeheer from institutions such as Breda University of Applied Sciences and Odisee, and completed a high school program in Economie-Moderne Talen. Further education includes a certification as a Preventieadviseur niveau 3 in Preventie.
