Genie Montederamos has worked in technical support roles since 2014. genie began their career at Accen micro technology, where they installed image windows vista, win7 on laptop/desktop machines, upgraded and installed drivers, RAM and installed printers on desktop and laptops, and provided support on HP products such as printers and scanners. genie then moved to Accen micro technology Inc, where they continued to perform the same duties. Finally, they moved to Accent Technologies, Inc. in 2014, where they have been working as a Technical Support Specialist and performing the same duties as before.

Genie Montederamos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming from System Tecnology Institute between 2006 and 2010. genie also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from STI Dasmariñas Cavite in the same time period. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Employment.
