Lyn Garland has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Their most recent position is as the Chief Financial Officer at Accent Family of Companies, a full-service industrial distribution company. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at G.E.T. Enterprises, LLC, a company specializing in industrial products. They also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Argus Software, Inc., a commercial real estate software and services company. Additionally, Lyn worked as a Financial Consultant at Universal Compression, Inc., a natural gas compression services provider, and as the Chief Accounting Officer & Vice President, Controller at The Pioneer Chemical Company, a chemical manufacturer. They also held roles as Treasurer, Financial Planning and Risk Management at Pantellos Group, an e-commerce start-up, and Assistant Vice President - SEC Reporting & Benefits at Clarent Hospital Corporation, a hospital management company. Earlier in their career, Lyn worked as a Finance Manager at Compaq Computer and an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.

Lyn Garland completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained the certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1989.
