Amy Mehta Chauhan

Amy Mehta Chauhan has over 25 years of experience in the physical therapy field. Currently, Amy serves as a Senior Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Case Manager at AccentCare, Inc., a position held since October 2006. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Coordinator at The Healthfield Group, Inc. from February 2004 to September 2005, and as a Staff Physical Therapist at Montefiore Health System between June 1997 and December 2003. Amy holds a Master of Science in Motor Control and Physical Therapy from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Motor Control from the University at Buffalo's School of Public Health and Health Professions.
