Cindy Rider

Cindy Rider has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on home health operations and hospice care. Cindy currently holds the position of VP/GM Home Health Operations at AccentCare, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the VP Post Acute at Aspirus. Cindy has also worked as the Chief Hospice Executive at Sutter Health and as the Area Vice President of Operations at Kindred at Home. Cindy has held various leadership roles, including Administrator & Regional Director of OPs at Heartland Hospice / HCR ManorCare and Regional Director at Aurora Health Care. Prior to their leadership roles, Cindy worked in clinical support and as a Clinical Applications Coordinator at Patient Care Technologies and Ministry Health Care, respectively. Cindy began their career as a registered nurse at Ministry Health Care, where they worked for ten years.

Cindy Rider attended Purdue University Northwest from 1988 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Administration. After a break in their education, they resumed their studies in 2012 at American InterContinental University. Cindy completed their degree in Health Care Administration in 2015. Currently, Cindy is enrolled at Capella University, where they are expected to earn their Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management between 2020 and 2022.
