Frank V.

Frank V.'s work experience includes holding the position of Vice President Internal Audit at AccentCare, Inc. since October 2020. In this role, they established and built the internal audit function, developed a roadmap for the Audit Committee, and aligned the function with professional standards.

Prior to joining AccentCare, Inc., Frank V. worked at PwC from September 2008 to October 2020 as a Senior Manager. In this position, they led readiness engagements for companies in various industries, including Pre-IPO "unicorn" companies, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life science companies. Frank implemented the COSO framework, assessed risks, identified controls, developed SOX compliance programs, and monitored program effectiveness. Additionally, they conducted assessments for process automation and controls rationalization, resulting in significant reductions in program size.

Frank V. has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universidad de Sevilla, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business and Administration from Universidad Pablo de Olavide between 2002 and 2007. In 2011 to 2012, they earned a Certificate of Completion in Audit from Universidad a Distancia de Madrid. Additionally, Frank V. has a Bachelor's degree in International accounting from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007.

Frank V. also holds several certifications. Frank obtained a Digital Acumen certification from PwC in May 2019.
