Marc Bonora

Marc Bonora, JD, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at AccentCare, a national leader in post-acute healthcare, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Ingenovis Health from January 2021 to May 2025, overseeing legal and corporate compliance for the organization and its brands. Extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Envision Healthcare, Litigation Counsel at both Vail Resorts Management Company and the U.S. Department of Justice, and practicing as an associate at prominent law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Marc's education includes a J.D. from New York University School of Law, an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver Business School, and a B.A. in English from La Salle University.
