Tim Waddell

Tim Waddell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tim began their career in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer and AH-64D Apache Helicopter Pilot from 2000 to 2007. Afterward, they worked at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Associate in Consumer & Retail from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they joined MHT Partners as a Principal in Investment Banking/M&A from 2011 to 2015. Tim then served as the General Manager at Compass from 2015 to 2016. Waddell then transitioned to ACTIVE Network, LLC as the Vice President of Corporate Development/M&A from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at AccentCare, Inc.

Tim Waddell has a diverse education history. Tim pursued their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1996 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, Tim went on to obtain a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the Yale School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
