Scott Sides

Scott Sides began their career in 2000 as an IT Recruiter for TechUSA. In 2001, they joined Enterprise Rent a Car as a Management Trainee. In 2002, they joined Accentuate Staffing/ ACC On Demand as a Sr Business Relationship Manager/Supervising Sr. Recruiter/ Sr Account Manager. In this role, they opened an Accentuate Staffing office in Selma, NC and managed over 75 client partnerships. Scott built relationships with hiring managers, tailored the recruitment process to ensure the best possible candidate placement, provided market intelligence and guided customers to make the best hiring decisions for their organization, and grew local companies by providing exceptional candidates and a platinum customer experience.

Scott Sides attended Mercersburg Academy from 1992 to 1995 and then Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a B.S. in Marketing.
