Alicia Lan

Alicia Lan is a strategy consultant with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving at Accenture from September 2022 to June 2025 in various roles, including Strategy Consultant, Senior Strategy Analyst, and Strategy Analyst, Alicia specializes in developing strategic solutions for diverse clients. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Avascent, where growth strategies were developed for clients in aerospace and information technology, and two Executive Consultant roles at Consult for America and Penn Global Impact Collaborative, focusing on pro-bono consulting for local NGOs and global social ventures in Health and Education. Alicia's early work includes a paid internship at The Netter Center for Community Partnerships, where a proposal for a trauma-informed wellness initiative was created.
