Alison Morgan is the UK Head of Early Talent Recruitment and has extensive experience in recruitment within Accenture. They served as the UK Recruitment Manager for Accenture Technology from 2017 to 2023, overseeing a team of up to 30 recruiters and implementing strategic initiatives focused on Inclusion & Diversity. Prior to that, they held various roles at Accenture, including Experienced Hire Recruitment Lead and Senior Graduate Recruiter. Alison began their professional journey as an Executive Assistant to senior executives at both Andersen Consulting and Accenture. They are currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Geography at the University of Wales, Swansea.
