Allison Hofferica

Allison Hofferica is an Innovation Principal Director at Accenture, where they focus on transformation opportunities for clients within Consumer Goods and Retail. Since joining Accenture in 2021, they have leveraged a consumer lens and strong passion for experience to drive innovation. Previously, from 2011 to 2012, they held roles that included Supply Chain Management Product and Offering Development Manager, where they facilitated thought leadership and the development of key assets in the Supply Chain Technology space. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2004.
