Amber Heard

Amber Heard possesses a diverse background in human resources, customer service, and community leadership. Experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, a SuccessFactors System Administrator at Qualtrics, and a Human Resources Coordinator III at Battelle, where significant contributions were made to onboarding and employee support for large organizations. Additionally, Amber founded the Natural and Prosperous Society, targeting natural hair education within the Ohio State Black community, and served as the Diversity and Inclusion Chair for the Ohio Union Activities Board. Academically, Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing studies in Psychology and Philosophy at Harvard University.
