Amitabh Singh possesses extensive experience in the insurance training and capability development sector, having held significant roles at various organizations. At Accenture, Amitabh serves as Assistant Vice President - Insurance Capability Creation, leading the Insurance Academy to address the learning needs of over 15,000 employees while managing strategic initiatives and e-learning projects. Prior to this, Amitabh worked at EXL Services in multiple capacities, including Vice President - Insurance Learning Lead and Manager - Insurance Capability Development, where responsibilities encompassed training delivery, e-learning content design, and managing organizational learning initiatives. During the tenure at WNS Global Services, Amitabh was Group Training Manager, overseeing end-to-end training processes. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and various degrees in Economics, Finance, and Tourism.
