Amy Pillay

Amy Pillay is a senior executive with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry, specializing in Specialty Medicine. Currently serving as the Director for the Health, MedTech, and Life Sciences Industry at Accenture and the Board Program Lead at Future Directors Institute, they have a proven track record in launching therapies, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at notable companies, including GSK, Medtronic, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they successfully managed P&L responsibilities and executed strategic initiatives. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of New South Wales, complemented by additional qualifications in Organizational Leadership and membership in the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Recognized for their commitment to diversity and inclusion, Amy was awarded the 2021 Women in Leadership Scholarship from the Australian Institute of Management.
