Aylin Dillon

Aylin Dillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial technology and data management. Aylin currently serves as a Senior Principal at Accenture, having progressed through roles such as Financial Technology Principal and Delivery Manager since April 2017. Prior to this, Aylin worked as a Senior Consultant at InvestTech Systems Consulting, focusing on data management and governance for alternative investments. Aylin's career began at Derivatives.com/Imagine Software, where Aylin held the position of Global Head of Data Operations for over a decade, leading global teams and developing data governance policies. Aylin also founded and managed Novosys Ltd in Istanbul, providing support operations for the EMEA region. Aylin holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Bilkent University.
