Becky Hamment

Becky Hamment is a highly motivated and client-focused Organisational Psychologist currently serving as a Senior Manager in Leadership & Culture at Accenture. Previously, they held roles at Cobham, where they led talent management initiatives and improved company-wide capabilities, and SHL, where they supported organizations in talent development. Becky earned an MSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, both with distinction, following a first-class BSc in Chemistry from Loughborough University.
