Bharath Rao

Bharath Rao is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and technology with extensive experience in digital transformation and automation across various industries, particularly aerospace. Currently serving as an Associate Director of Solution Architecture at Accenture since October 2024, Bharath previously held the position of Senior Research Lead, Future Factory at Spirit AeroSystems, where responsibilities included the development of advanced robotics platforms. Prior to this, Bharath engaged in research at Wichita State University, focusing on robotics AI, and spent over 17 years at Infosys Limited, progressing through roles such as Practice Engagement Manager and Chief Engineer. Early career development included engineering roles at L&T Komatsu Ltd, where expertise in modeling and optimization of mechanical systems was honed. Bharath holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
