Carmelo Davide Cicero

Carmelo Davide Cicero serves as Managing Director for the Network Practice EMEA at Accenture since June 2021, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring profitable contract execution in Network Engineering and Implementation. With extensive experience at Accenture, Carmelo has taken on multiple leadership roles, including the CMT Network Account Lead, where responsibilities spanned the launch of a new account, innovative network offerings, and transformation initiatives leveraging crowd-sourcing and digital technology. His background includes significant project management roles across various global convergent operators, focusing on strategies for TelCo Cloud, OSS/BSS transformations, and process harmonization. Carmelo holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Catania and has pursued further studies at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
