Cathy Cullen

Cathy Cullen is an Experience Design Senior Manager at Accenture, where they focus on people-centric design and delivery, fostering innovative human-centered programs that enhance employee experiences. They previously served as a Talent and Organisation Consultant, gaining valuable expertise in project management and transformational change. Earlier in their career, Cathy worked as a Policy Analyst at the IIEA, where they led research on critical policy developments, and held various roles in organizations such as Amnesty International and Pearts Solicitors. They hold an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London and a BA in Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
