Diana Barea

Diana Barea is a Culture, Leadership, and Behaviour Change Innovator at Accenture UK, where they leverage their extensive experience in talent and organization management. They previously held various leadership roles at Accenture Strategy from 2007 to 2020, including Managing Director and Leader of the Talent & Organisation Practice for the UK and Ireland. Diana began their career as a Business Unit Leader at World Challenge Expeditions from 1997 to 2001 and has also worked at AT Kearney and Deloitte Consulting. Currently, Diana is pursuing a BSc in Psychology at the University of Bristol, alongside A Levels in Biology, Maths, and Chemistry from South Hampstead High School GDST.
