Eduardo Torres-Jara

Eduardo Torres-Jara is an accomplished expert in Artificial Intelligence and robotics, currently serving as an Artificial Intelligence Principal Director and iAi robotics ambassador at Accenture since August 2021. Prior to this role, Eduardo co-founded and held the position of CEO at a stealth startup focused on robotic manipulation and AI from January 2020 to July 2021. Eduardo's previous experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at AREVO Inc, as well as a Senior Research Engineer at SRI International. Eduardo also has an academic background, having been a Professor of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence and Director of the Sensitive Robotics Laboratory at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from September 2010 to September 2015. Eduardo earned postdoctoral associateships at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Microfabrication.
