Faisal Husain is currently the North America Lead for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) within Accenture's Inclusion and Diversity Team, overseeing a network of 22 ERGs and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize their impact. With over 13 years of experience as a Management Consultant, they have managed digital strategy and transformation projects for major federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Faisal began their career in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer, where they led analytical teams and supported global operations. They hold an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois, as well as several certificates in Diversity & Inclusion and Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
