Fíona Natoff is a Senior Product & Service Designer at Accenture's Global Center for Innovation and R&D Hub, The Dock. Currently, Fíona leads end-to-end service and interaction design projects for major global organizations while partnering with engineering, research, and business teams to provide innovative solutions. Fíona previously held roles as a Graphic Designer at ReadsDirect and as a Second Assistant Manager at Nando's UK & IRE, where they honed skills in leadership and communication. Fíona holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from the National College of Art & Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from Technological University Dublin.
