Frank Bouchard is a bilingual Ecommerce Product Owner and Solution Architect with extensive experience in client and partner success management. They served as Director of Client and Partner Success at Orckestra Technologies and held various business analyst roles before that, where they led significant B2C and B2B ecommerce projects for notable clients. Currently, Frank is a Senior Managing Consultant at Accenture and the President of Megashark Consulting, bringing a wealth of knowledge in ecommerce best practices and agile methodologies. Frank holds a degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Concordia University and a diploma in Business Administration from Vanier College.
