Greg Rowe

Gregory Rowe is a seasoned property and plant machinery consultant with extensive experience in valuation and consultancy services, currently serving as the Managing Director and Senior Property Consultant at Preston Rowe Paterson since November 1991. Gregory is actively engaged in providing valuation advice for various government agencies and corporate clients, specializing in special purpose properties, assets, and machinery. Prior to this role, Gregory worked at Colliers International from 1986 to 1991, focusing on the sale and leaseback of Commonwealth Bank properties. Educational qualifications include being a Registered Real Estate Valuer in NSW, Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practising Valuer, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Strata Managing Agent, and holding a Bachelor of Business in Land Economy from Western Sydney University.
