Franz Patrick Serad

Franz Patrick Serad has a robust background in technology and risk management, with experience spanning from infrastructure analysis to business analysis. At Citi, Franz served as an Infrastructure Analyst focusing on Change Management and Information Security Administration. Following that, Franz held the position of Technology Risk Analyst at East West Banking Corporation, where governance and risk management principles were applied to technology service delivery. Currently employed as a Business Analyst at Accenture, Franz is simultaneously pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of the Philippines, building on a foundational Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Computer Applications from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
