Nathan Rayburn

Nathan Rayburn is a seasoned cybersecurity and software development professional with extensive experience at CACI International Inc since July 2013. Nathan has held multiple roles, including Cybersecurity Agile Specialist/Technical Team Lead, ISSO, and Software Developer, focusing on developing and modernizing applications for the Department of Homeland Security's Customs & Border Protection. Responsibilities have included leading security implementations, utilizing Microfocus Fortify tools to identify vulnerabilities, and overseeing the design and maintenance of user management interfaces for military applications. Prior to CACI, Nathan held various positions at SNVC from 2003 to 2013, including Senior Systems Engineer and C# .NET Software Developer, contributing to the RCAS projects.
