Gauri Lama is an experienced consultant with a strong background in business transformation and operational excellence, particularly within the BFSI domain. They have worked in various managerial roles, including as a Manager of Quality and Training at Concentrix and a Senior Consultant at Infosys BPM, where they managed projects across insurance and healthcare sectors. Gauri is currently pursuing a PGDBA at Symbiosis College while also working on a Bachelor's degree in Botany from Delhi University.
