Howard Shirley Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance within the cybersecurity domain. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accenture, Howard has also co-founded IT Ninjas and held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at CBIZ Pivot Point Security. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for Security Technology Assurance Response at Microsoft and Senior Risk Manager, in addition to serving as a Senior Information Security Consultant and VCISO at CynergisTek, Inc. Howard holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
