With a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, they have held various roles including Maintenance Manager at JLL Canada and Quality Engineer at Danby Appliances. Idris is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is passionate about continuous improvement, asset integrity, and cost savings.
