Jakki Zelman

Jakki Zelman is a Global HR Director at Accenture, where they lead HR initiatives for one of the company’s largest strategic client accounts, focusing on talent and engagement programs. Previously, Jakki held various roles at Accenture, including North America HR Director and Global HR M&A Lead for Accenture Security, where they managed talent reorganizations and integrated teams from multiple acquisitions. Jakki began their HR career as a Human Resources Administrator at Durlacher Ltd and later served as a Human Resources Officer at Allen & Overy LLP. They hold multiple advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Personnel Development from the University of Westminster, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Manchester and other qualifications in European Languages and Business.
