James McCann has dedicated much of their career to transforming large UK retail banks and currently serves as the Head of Change for a major UK bank, leading significant change initiatives with substantial budgets. They co-created a FinTech Incubator within a UK Challenger Bank to enhance value realization in the FinTech market. With a strong background in technology and operations, James has also held various roles at Accenture, including Chief Operating Officer at Movement to Work, where they addressed youth unemployment and promoted systemic change. Their commitment to corporate social responsibility has driven impactful initiatives in Scotland, reflecting a dedication to creating equitable opportunities for all.
