Janice Jacobe

Janice Jacobe is currently the HR Total Rewards Senior Manager at Accenture, specializing in business partnering, client management, stakeholder relationships, and compensation and benefits. They began their career in 2003 as an Early Education Department teacher at Xavier School and joined Accenture in 2007. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including Executive Recruitment Specialist and Recognition, Initiatives, Perks and Benefits Planning Lead, where they drove the design and implementation of new benefits programs. Janice pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, graduating in 2003.
