Katy Geraghty

Katy Geraghty serves as the Global Head of Onboarding at Accenture, where they lead a team that welcomes over 175,000 new joiners each year, ensuring a meaningful experience from Day 1. Previously, they worked as a Career Management Global Programs Manager and had several roles within Accenture's HR Talent Development Center of Expertise. Katy began their career as a recruiter at AccountPros from 1997 to 1999. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from DePauw University, earned in 1994.
